INTERMENT - Opening and Closing of a Grave
The charge to open and close a traditional grave is $1,150.00. (Regular hours: M-F 9:00 am - 3:30 pm). This includes the use of the chapel or graveside with tent for a committal service.
Saturday interments 9:00 am - 1:00 pm overtime charge of $275.00 applies.
Cremation opening and closing for ground burial is $495.00.
This includes the use of the chapel or graveside with tent for a committal service.

MARKERS AND MONUMENTS
Flush markers and monuments are available through Concordia. Pricing depends on the size, color, and design you choose.

FOUNDATIONS
Single flush marker foundations start at $130.00 up to $160.00.
Companion flush marker foundations start at $160.00 up to $210.00.
Upright concrete monument foundations are calculated by taking the length x width x depth x $23.00. Example: 4.50' (L) x 1.83' (W) x 3" (D) x $23.00 - $568.00

MAUSOLEUM
Single mausoleum crypts range from $6,200.00 to $6,800.00.
Companion mausoleum crypts range from $12,000.00 to $13,000.00.
Price includes the mausoleum crypt, opening & closing fee, bronze plaque, final death date(s), and the use of the Chapel for a committal service.
Saturday entombments 9:00 am - 1:00 pm overtime charge of $275.00 applies.

CREMATION OPTIONS

Scattering Garden - $650.00.
Price includes the opening & closing fee, small bronze name plate, use of the Chapel or graveside (no tents can be set in this area). Scattered cremated remains are non-retrievable.
Ground Burial of Cremains Concordia requires permanent cremation vault. Concordia allows one traditional burial and one cremation on a single grave space or two cremations on a single grave space. The interment fee is $495.00, plus the cost of a cremation vault.

NATURAL BURIAL
Natural burial is in a designated area of the cemetery set aside for non-vaulted burials. You must use of biodegradable casket or shroud. The body can be embalmed, but the funeral home must use a non-formaldehyde-based fluid. Burials are marked with a natural rock. The lot is $1.500.00, and the opening and closing is $1,150.00. The rocks vary in price depending on size. Artificial flowers are not allowed in this area.
INFANT BURIAL
A special area has been set a side for infants. The cost is $250.00, which includes the space and opening and closing of the grave. This includes the use of the chapel or graveside with a tent and chairs. Infant services are held Monday - Friday between 9:30 am - 3:00 pm.
THE CONCORDIA CEMETERY ASSOCIATION, INC. is a non-profit, self-supporting, Lutheran organization, operated by the Fort Wayne area Missouri Synod Lutheran Churches. We strive to demonstrate God's love by caring and comforting people that are grieving the loss of a loved one. We provide burial services, pre-need sales, and grave upkeep services to all Christian people.

THE CHAPEL OF THE RESURRECTION is available for committal services year round, if the family so chooses to use it. It is also available for rent for small service and can set chairs for 46 people. Please call for availability and cost.

INTEREST FREE FINANCING for up to 48 months is available with 20% down. Pre-need contracts paid in full by check within 30 days is eligible for a 2% discount on lots, mausoleum crypts, and niches.
